I am so happy, after many, many, many disappointing clicked; I had finally managed to capture this little ladybug. It was a good thing that I was using a digital camera, because it had took me at least two dozens shots to get a decent picture of this little one. The rest of the others pictures were either too blurry or shot of it's behind.

And this plant, I can't believe that it would look so good in picture; it is very photogenic.

Legal or Illegal

A few days ago, I went to the Home Depot to buy some plants for my front yard, as I was walking around the garden department; I noticed that the flowers in the garden were blooming, so, I took out my camera and started snapping like crazy.

A man standing next to me said, "Aren't you afraid that they're going to kick you out of here or sue you for taking photo without their permission?"

I replied nervously, "Oh, I didn't know that it was illegal to take photo in a public area."

So, I placed my camera back into my purse, picked up my plant and headed out to the cash register. On my way home, the man's comment kept lingered on in my head, so when I was home, I googled for it and here it is, “Code 116-53 in the patrol guide clearly affirms the First Amendment of the Constitution as it states: Members of the service (police) will not interfere with the video taping or photographing of incidents in public places. Intentional interference such as blocking or obstructing cameras or harassing the photographer constitutes censorship. Working Press Cards clearly state, ‘the bearer is entitled to cross police and fire lines.’ This right will be honored and access will not be denied. However, this does not include access to interior crime scenes or areas frozen for security reasons.”

Ha! :-p

Below, are some of the pictures that I took when I was in the Home Depot's garden department.

Winter Weather

Look at what the winter weather had done to the plant in my front yard. The chills dried up the leaves and the winds stripped most of the leaves off the plant. I feel so bad for the poor thing. However, the rose bushes survived this winter weather. The chills did not dried up their leaves and the winds did not stripped their leaves off, they’ve survived the winter weather and they've over come it by producing beautiful flowers for my front yard.

These were flowers that was blooming in my front yard, they would usually last for a few weeks if left alone, now... it dry in two days.

Sushi, what can I say...it's too pretty to eat. Anyhoo, I tried the two dishes above. The first one is the "California roll" and the other is...I don't remember the name, but I like the roll that's cover in red thing...:P

What a great month! I've been going out every night with my sister. My lord, she's so tall, I look like her little sister now
