Kids, you have got to love them.
For example:
"How much money do you make right now?
"$15 dollars an hour."
"How much is it going to be at your new job?"
"Only $11.25 dollars an hour."
"Oh, that's still enough to take me out to eat."

Tonight, when you looked upon the sky, did you noticed something was wrong with the moon, if you did, then you were lucky, because you had just witnessed a lunar eclipse. If you have missed the opportunity, then you are going to have to wait for 2010.

Internet at home is down and I don't know how to fix it.
My sister went on vacation and it seems that the internet is tagging along with her too.

Merry Christmas!
On this Christmas Eve, you will not see Santa riding on his sleight if you look up in the sky;
instead, you might see Mars.
If you miss it, then you are going to have to wait for another nine years.
Anyhoo,
Merry Christmas!

Viet Title: Niem Khuc Cuoi
English Title: The Last Whispered Prayers
Composer: Ngo Thuy Mien
English Translation by: Gigi

Even if rain fall, I will accompany you for the rest of your life.
Whether clouds or rising storms should pass by here.
Even if there’s the wind, the freezing wind, the muddy snow,
or the thin, fallen leaves. Whatever happens, I’ll always love you.

Let’s lean on each other’s shoulders,
giving each other a calming happiness
and a lasting warmth for the rest of our life.
Let’s search for each other’s lips,
so we can shatter, shatter our painful hearts.
Fitted into my palms, this wish for eternity.
My hair dyed gray, a stain from a sorrowful love.
Looking at you, looking at you at that minute,
I wanted to say, “I love you.”

Please let me become like a calming slumber.
Rocking you into sleep, guiding you just once.
Lulling you into a dream, escorting you into life,
Into a time of love.

Please let you become like a soft pillow,
And let me embrace you into my heart.
Please give me one chance, one warm, heartfelt night,
so we can love each other tenderly like husband and wife.

Even if in the future, someone else accompanies you for the rest of your life,
Even if you tear, innocently tear my heart into pieces,
Even if I were to pray, pray a thousand times, and blame myself,
Everything would be too late now.
Oh, love! Despite all that, I’ll always love you.

OOooooOOooohhhhh...

Oh, what to write, what to write; this is exciting. What is so exciting? Well, the Lovely Cergie tagged me; she wanted me to reveal a little information of who I am.
Here I go:
I am Vietnamese-American.
I was born in Viet Nam, my mother and I escaped from Viet Nam by boat.
I do not talk much; however, if you can tune to the right channel, you can here me talk non-stop.
I am very forgetful and clumsy.
I do not have a green thumb nor do I have the culinary skill; however, that has never stopped me from loving to cook and gardening.
I have just found out that my great-great grandmother has Indian blood in her. (Pretty cool, eh.)
I love to look at photos, especially foods and places.
I have two lists:
1. Things I would do some day (most of it involving eating and traveling).
2. Things I should never do (most of it involving food I should never cook).

This is my first time doing this; therefore, if I missed anything, please let me know.
